We specialize in producing eco-friendly footwear made from jute, a sustainable and biodegradable material. We manufacture various kinds of eco friendly diversified products. Knit Plus Limited Footwear & Diversified Division manufactures stylish Women, Men & kid's espadrille shoe, Jute & cotton shopping & fashion bag. Our in-house research and development team focuses on developing comfortable shoes with new and trendy design.
We have 4044,391 sft factory area where 21,000 sft for production area and 107,502.50 sft for warehouse area. We have a capacity to produce 3,000 pairs of shoes per - day, leading to our monthly capacity of 80000, we have two separate jute braid and out sole rubber vulcanized unit and 2 sewing line with 2 hydrolic and one hand cutting machine section, 24 sewing machines, 20 meter lasting conviyer, 14 meter packing conviyer machines. We have own all over kniting, deying AOP (All over print), Sweater & Accessories division, screen print division, Sehiffli embiodary, and Garments ETP etc.

To create the signature braided rope sole of our espadrilles, skilled artisans meticulously weave jute yarns into sturdy braids, ensuring durability and flexibility for comfortable wear.
For espadrilles featuring rubber outsoles, a specialized process called vulcanization is employed to enhance its strength and elasticity. This creates durable and slip-resistant outsoles.
The jute fabric is cut according to the patterns, and the pieces are stitched together by expert craftsmen. Precision stitching ensures the durability and integrity of each pair of espadrilles.
The final assembly stage involves attaching the jute upper to the sole of the espadrilles. Finishing touches, such as branding and quality checks, are carried out to ensure that every pair meets our high standards.
